Constitutions, Bylaws & Policies
The Canberra Museum is governed by
- the CRHR Constitution (latest version dated 1st October 2024) and
- the ACT HRH Constitution (latest version dated 24th September 2024).
These constitutions determine the rules under which they can each legally operate as a non-profit public company.
The CRHR Bylaws relate to the proper administration, control, and management of Capital Region Heritage Rail Limited's affairs, interests, and operations and are formulated by the CRHR Board from time to time as necessary.
The ACT HRH Bylaws relate to the proper administration, control, and management of ACT Heritage Rail Holdings Limited's affairs, interests, and operations and are formulated by the ACT HRH Board from time to time as necessary.
In addition to the by-laws, policies are also used for governance. Included on the website are:
